Points to Note When Processing Electronics PCB

2021-06-08

Five points to pay attention to when processing electronics PCB

1. To have a reasonable direction, their direction should be linear and not blend with each other. Its purpose is to prevent mutual interference. The best direction is in a straight line, but it is generally not easy to achieve, and the most unfavorable direction is a circle. For DC, small signal, low voltage PCB design requirements can be lower.
2. Choose a good grounding point. Under normal circumstances, a common ground is required. In reality, it is difficult to achieve it completely due to various restrictions, but you should try your best to follow it. This question is quite flexible in practice.
3. Reasonably arrange power filter
Generally, only a number of power filters are drawn in the schematic, but they are not pointed out where they should be connected. In fact, these capacitors are provided for switching devices or other components that require filtering/decoupling. These capacitors should be arranged as close as possible to these components. When the power supply filtering arrangement is reasonable, the problem of grounding points becomes less obvious.
4. The lines are exquisite, the line diameter is required, the size of the buried holes is appropriate, and the wide lines should not be thin if possible; the high-voltage and high-frequency lines should be round and smooth, and there should be no sharp chamfers, and no right angles should be used when turning. . The ground wire should be as wide as possible, and it is best to use a large area of copper, which can greatly improve the problem of grounding points. The size of the pad or via is too small, or the size of the pad and the hole size are not properly matched.
